Replacing paper processes with Digital means to increase the most efficiency in all HR areas, especially the huge benefit of cost saving and less administrative work. Digital HR enhances the speed and accuracy of data, also helps reduce repeated work. Digitizing paper documents can improve operational efficiency, fast and accuracy. Before sending to the receivers, the system will check data record both in structure and policy to ensure security. Checking data in structure contains of the employee ID record or its accuracy, etc. In addition, policy checking means management procedure; for example, overtime request must not be more than 36 hours per week; annual leave will be allowed after probation period completion, etc. When accurate data management solutions synchronize with the company records management policies and procedures, this can lead to major gains in improvements of the output.
